Functional Zones

Equipped with side nest boxes lined with soft pads and curtains. Automatic open/close function ensures cleanliness and a comfortable environment for laying.

·Rest & Activity Area

Divided into upper and lower levels with multiple perches. Chickens move freely via steps and platforms. Adjustable partitions allow stage-specific flock management.

·Feeding & Drinking Area

Feed troughs with chain feeding lines on both levels, protected by perch guards. Drinking lines are separate from feeding zones to increase chicken movement.

·Sand Bathing Area

Dry littered floor areas support dust bathing, pecking, and social play. Optional outdoor extension provides sunlight and a closer-to-nature experience.

·Egg Collection System

Eggs roll into a collection belt and are transported to the front platform or centralized egg collection line—efficient and labor-saving.

·Manure Removal

Automatic manure belts transport waste out of the house.
