This product is a cage designed specifically for chicks. Designed for the brooding period, a single cage can house chicks from one day to 7-13 weeks, laying the foundation for subsequent cage-rearing of laying hens. The brooding period is the most critical period in a chicken’s life, requiring meticulous care to improve weight uniformity and minimize mortality. 1. Brooding cage:
Made of galvanized adjustable plates, it can be raised and lowered as a whole.
The standard cage is 1.2*1.2 meters, with a partition in the middle and an dense bottom net.
During the brooding and rearing periods, chicks can be properly raised in one cage.
2. Feeding trough:
Made of standard 275g hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with a thickness of 1.0mm.
The galvanized trough can withstand stepping, facilitating inspection.
Check chicken conditions , observe flock distribution and carry out disease prevention.
3. Feeding:
Each row of cages is equipped with a feeding device .
Reciprocating feeding is realized by operating the control cabinet .
Each layer of the feeder is fitted with a feed regulator to adjust the feeding amount.
4. Waterline:
Each water line can be adjusted up and down to satisfy different drinking needs.
The height adapts to chickens of different growth stages in each cages.
5. Lighting:
Adopting 48V LED lighting, it is waterproof and safer, while providing more uniform illumination.
6. Manure cleaning machine:
The unit is linked to the manure cleaning belt under each cage to collect manure automatically. Manure is discharged outside by operating the control cabinet. The system can start and stop synchronously.
7. Environmental controller and ventilation equipment:
Including computer controller, negative pressure fan, cooling pads, air deflector panels, side wall air inlet windows and other linkage equipment.

1. The cage is assembled with 275g hot-dip galvanized steel plates, which is easy and quick to install, corrosion-resistant, strong and stable.
2. The mesh is welded with 275g hot-dip galvanized wire or Zn-Al alloy wire. It has good corrosion resistance, high strength, good elasticity and a long service life of at least 20 years.
3. Multiple layers can be stacked to save floor space and improve space utilization. It achieves larger breeding capacity within the same area. Each layer can be used for brooding and chick raising to save costs.
